XMei International promotes business development between the U.S. and China. We act as a trusted advisor for companies either doing business in China or considering entering the China market. We help companies save time and money by identifying qualified service providers in China. XMei International also organizes events that enable companies to increase their knowledge of business practices in China, as well as make valuable international business connections.

China is the fastest developing economy in the world today. It is predicted to become the world’s third largest economic power by 2030. The U.S. is China’s second largest trade partner, while China is the U.S.’ third largest export market. China has become a must-win market in U.S. corporate growth strategies, and the U.S. is a critical market for Chinese businesses.
Xiaoli Mei, President and Founder
Xiaoli brings over ten years of international management and event planning experience. She has worked at Hewlett Packard, PepsiCo, Hoffman LaRoche and Chevron, both in Asia and North America, as a Supply Chain Manager, Human Resources Manager and Event Manager. Xiaoli brings an extensive network of Chinese and U.S. contacts, as well as a strong background in business practices of both countries.
Xiaoli has an M.B.A. from Thunderbird, American Graduate School of International Management in Arizona, and a B.B.A. in Law from Liao Ning Law School in China.
Liz Menkes, Executive Vice President
As a Vice President at Bank of America, Liz gained over 15 years experience managing various customer support, operations and technical support groups. Her teams consistently achieved top client satisfaction ratings. She brings strong communications skills and a drive for quality service to each event at XMei International.
Liz has a B.A. in History from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated with honors. |
