A welcome reception and dinner will be held that evening, which will be a great opportunity for you to meet fellow tour participants for the week. |

12:00 Head to City God Temple – Lunch at Naxiang Steamed Buns Restaurant near Zig-Zag Bridge. After lunch, go shopping around Yu Garden. |

18:00 Join group dinner at a local Chinese restaurant to experience authentic Shanghai cuisine |

Wednesday, June 3, 2009 – Shanghai |

1200: Lunch at a busy commercial district together with local office workers |

1300: Continue shopping |

17:00: Head to airport to meet with the delegation in airport. Have dinner at the airport; then catch a short flight to your next stop…Beijing! |

0900: Visit Olympic Green and tour “The Bird’s Nest” and “The Water Cube” to see the places where many world records were broken during the 2008 summer Olympic games. |

Friday, June 5, 2009 – Beijing |

This will be a “fun” day, starting with a tour of one of the greatest wonders of the world…the Great Wall of China. After spending some time at the Great Wall, you will be taken on an afternoon tour of Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, including a cultural show at Laoshe Teahouse where you will enjoy Chinese cuisine, tea and folk shows.

It’s time to pack your bags and be transported to the airport for your flight home. Note: Due to a twelve hour time difference, return flights will gain a day’s flying time. (You will leave and arrive the same day.)
