About the speaker: Yi Zeng has ten years experience in human resources, with a focus on policy research and rules of labor and personnel. He has rich experience and practical skills on reducing risk and cost for enterprises. He has consulted on labor and personnel policy for a number of multinational organizations, including Philips and CitiBank. Mr. Zeng has also organized and chaired many lectures at Fudan University on Shanghai labor and personnel policy regulations. He has a B.S. degree from Zhongshan University.
